The luxury apartment is located in El Raso Guardamar del Segura, in a beautiful green area with views of the salt lakes. The newly built apartment is on the ground floor of a gated complex Area Beach 3. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed (180x200), a smart TV, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) and a built-in wardrobe, with the bathroom separate from the bedroom. Baby bed + high chair available on request. The luxury apartment is located in El Raso Guardamar del Segura, in a beautiful green area with views of the salt lakes. The newly built apartment is on the ground floor of a gated complex Area Beach 3. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed (180x200), a smart TV, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) and a built-in wardrobe, with the bathroom separate from the bedroom. Baby bed + high chair available on request. An open kitchen fully equipped, fridge/freezer combination, cooking area, oven, microwave, washing machine (separate in laundry room), Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and dishwasher. Spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa (fold-out sofa bed), smart TV, and dining area. All rooms have climate control which also provides heating, and electric shutters everywhere. In the living room, a large glass sliding door leads to the terrace with a seating/lounge area, connected to the south-facing garden that always gets sun, with sun loungers. View diagonally over the swimming pool. The complex has 2 swimming pools with jacuzzi, a playground, wellness area, and a small indoor pool. For sports enthusiasts, there is a padel court, 2 boules courts. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. At the entrance of the apartment within the grounds, you have a private parking space. If you prefer, you can also park your car in the underground garage, with a lift going back up. Within walking distance, there are restaurants and bars for socializing. For walkers, the nature reserve of Guardamar del Segura, with endless white beaches and blue sea, like Moncayo, El Campo and many other beaches. Here you are within 5 to 10 minutes in cities like Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, Benijofar and Torrevieja. Alicante Airport is 30 minutes away and easily accessible.

het was een fijn appartement van alle gemak voorzien ruim en schoon heerlijk naar ons zin gehad fijn zwembad zeker een aanrader

Prachtig appartement. Heerlijk ruim en fijne ruime badkamers. Lekkere lounchebanken buiten. De bedden waren echt heel goed. Ook de kussens en dekbedden waren prima.De wasmachine was heerlijk, mooie ruime keuken met voldoende pannen en servies. Wat ons ook opviel was dat het apartement zo heerlijk schoon was en het rook …

Wat ons ook opviel was dat het apartement zo heerlijk schoon was en het rook er heerlijk. Ook waren er diverse schoon,/ wasmiddelen en levensmiddelen. Dit kom je zelden tegen!! Het was fantastisch Omdat wij pas s'avonds laat vlogen en er na ons niemand meer kwam, mochten wij kostenloos tot s,avond in het appartement verblijven. Waar vind je dit nog. De service was geweldig.

Ik was verrast door het prachtig nieuwe en schoon appartement. Top met zwembad en sauna erbij. En alle andere mogelijkheden om te sporten.
Eigenaars reageren meteen als je een vraag hebt.
Ook fijne lijst met dingen om te gaan bezichtigen. Kom er zeker nog terug!!
